Flared Dress with Pleats and Cutouts

Pink flared dress. Featuring one sleeveless shoulder, and one long bell sleeve, with a round cutout on the tip of the shoulder. Complemented with a jewel, neckline, and pleated details around the side of the waist, where there’s the same round cutout as the one on the shoulder. Completed with a front side slit, and an asymmetric neckline.
