Mint green pleated dress. Featuring a banded waist with thick shoulder straps right on the edge of the waist, with a plunging V neckline. Complemented with a peplum waist, ruffles from one side of the waist facing down, and ruffles from the other side of the waist facing up. Completed with a watteau side train on each shoulder strap.
