Printed Flared Dress with Cold Shoulders

Light pink printed flared A-line dress. Featuring a halter neck, and a silver floral piece on one side of the shoulder. Complemented with cold-shoulders, and draped long slightly puffy sleeves with loose ruffles on the edges. Completed with a banded waist, and an A-line skirt.
